They start believing that whatever they do is not good enough.   BEHAVIOR INCENTIVE PLAN The Reward system works as positive reinforcement. When kids perform well at school, in any competition, they receive a trophy or a certificate of recognition from teachers in front of everyone. This encourages them to work more hard in that field. Similarly, if a child does something wrong, like being caught cheating or hitting someone, or bullying, then he/she is punished. Negative reinforcement is given so that children do not repeat the same mistake in the future. Reinforcements according to the behavior of the child are important.
