ARE YOU ADDICTED TO SOCIAL MEDIA? 

ANSWER WITH YES OR NO FOR THE FOLLOWING TEN STATEMENTS!

1.    The first thing I do when I get up in the morning is check my Instagram, Facebook, Snapchat and twitter.

2.    In between my work, I do check my phone to see if I get any new notification.

3.    While eating, I scroll through new feeds.

4.    When I am bored, I check my social media accounts.

5.    When I am out with friends or family for kunch or dinner, I like to share what I am eating on social media via stories or posts.

6.    When I am out for a movie, I like to share a snap of it as a story.

7.    I get irritated or frustrated when my interest stops working while I am using Instagram or Facebook or Snapchat.

8.    I keep checking my phone to see the number of likes and comments on my posts.

9.    I get affected with negative comments on my posts.

10. I check my all social media accounts before I go to sleep.
